Welcome to the Making of You. I'm Alexandria, founder of the Mastery Project and Your Transformation Hub. Okay, today's episode is ‘5 ways Uranus in Gemini is life transforming.’
Okay, so my number one, let's just do a little bit of setup, bit of housekeeping here. So, what is Uranus? Uranus hangs out in a postcode near Pluto. It's the eighth planet from the sun and its qualities include understanding, freedom, understanding our connection with infinite energy. It's all about ideas, shifts in consciousness, helping us embrace our uniqueness, individuality, and also testing us on our open openness to opportunity and how we create limitations and the ceilings in our life and how we break through them.
So, Uranus is quite comfortable in air signs, and Gemini is an air sign. Uranus's home planet, if you will. Its home sign is Aquarius.
So that's another air sign.
Now, what has Uranus's journey been up to? 2025, 26. Well, in 2025, for about seven years previously, it been in Taurus and it popped into Gemini very briefly back in Taurus at the moment. And on April 26, it's going to go back into Gemini. Now, during its time in Taurus, it's been, sorry, Taureans, not having a go at you guys, but it has been a bit clunky for Uranus because it's had to move through the big structures, those elements in our life like government and the legal system and our sense of obligation, tradition, all of the systems that are a bit like the wallpaper or part of the furniture. So Uranus has been going through those structures and giving them little mini earthquakes and saying, are you really relevant anymore? Do you resonate with where we're headed? Are you embracing what people are thinking? Are you serving the people? Are you making a difference? Are you purposeful?
Thus, Uranus has been bouncing around some very old institutions, and of course, that has caused a lot of conspiracy theory.
It's also created a lot of alternative truths and started a lot of the shadier sides of our global nature coming up to this surface. So, Uranus, yes, has a rebellious streak.
And Uranus is not here to make everything safe. It's here to tell us how we can authentically transform, how we can continue to expand, and also to bring quality rather than quant into our lives.
So Uranus doesn't want to Stack up all the problems and deny them or hide them. It actually wants them to form the foundation and the energy that's going to start fueling our paradigm shift, which we are currently moving through both on a global level and an individual level. So as you can see, Uranus does like to ask the big questions. And as an air sign now in Gemini, it's going to be a lot more comfortable. It's also going to be getting on a roll with all the big picture thinking, the innovation, the hows and whys, and also going to be inspiring bigger shifts globally and also shifts into a more spiritually aligned and realized life. And that of course is going to be both magical and very challenging.
So it is a little bit of a Yoda era and this is going to be happening for seven years. And yes. Are we meant to be surprised? Well, I think we'll be expecting the unexpected and that would help. But it's do or not do. All right. There is no try, as Yoda would say. And it is definitely about us consciously choosing and looking at what authentic intelligence actually is.
So Uranus is saying, how do you want to choose your reality, how do you want to build it? And what is your relationship with energy in order to have that reality makeover? How are you feeling about limitation, about taking leaps of faith, about life transforming circumstances? And what can you do to help that go smooth?
Well, let's move to number two, what can you do? Well, what does Uranus in Gemini mean personally? Well, it's going to be asking the big questions, who do you think you are? And also asking, you know, who was I? All right, so. Or for some famous people or some infamous people, they're going to say, don't you know who I was?
So yes, we're going to be seeing the rising and falling of many different people as truths are exposed. So on a personal level going to feel that ebb and flow.
And the key to making a success of that is literally not to get stuck in external dramas, in overthinking, in worrying or attempting to control everything that's happening. We need both to understand what the past has meant to us and what our personal vision is for the future. But try and join those up in, in the now.
So work to manage our energy from the now rather than forcing or projecting or demanding into the future any more than dragging our heels in large sort of scoops of nostalgia, hoping that they're going to nourish us. But really we're trying to avoid what's happening. So it needs to be that we concentrate our energy in the now.
And the reason is because Uranus is saying, come on guys. When you're in the now, you've got this alignment between your mental and emotional selves that gives you a very supportive and efficient creative relationship. You've also got an element of both the spiritual and the practical being lived out in your life. So it is a chance to dream and to innovate as well as to say, right then how am I going to innovate? And when we stay in the now, we move into that next part of the cycle and we apply and we wisdom harvest and we experience.
So it's keeping the momentum going without swinging a pendulum from one extreme to the other. And it's also being very aware that sometimes the sign of Gemini wants everyone to get along. It wants everything to be lovely.
But we do have to face the fact that being in the now is a combination of, of the past and the future. It's a combination of the mental and the emotional. And for some people it's a combination of good and bad.
So the Gemini sign you see when it's drawn, you see two pillars standing upright. Now some people say that represents the twins. Sort of nice twin, nasty twin. But if you look, there's a big lot of space in the middle and that is the portal of infinite opportunity.
So the key to the sign of Gemini is always to keep the door open, always to see the glass half full and always wanting to be in a space where you can remain open hearted and open minded. Now I know in our life we can be constantly disappointed when we think we know what truth is. And then we find or uncover or discover that it's something completely different.
So what Uranus in Gemini is saying is work with what you understand, but don't be too rigid, don't hold on to factuality as a truth, see truth as an expanding state of being.
And also don't be too idealistic because on the downside Gemini can be. And what happens is people really rush into a much more idealistic or rose tinted glass perception and then they get disappointed or the nature of the reality comes crashing down and doesn't meet their expectations.
So the key to personally navigating through Uranus in Gemini is of course to dream big and to really work on a balanced relationship with energy. To avoid, avoid highs and lows, to avoid extremes and also not to go well if it doesn't work first time. Oh it's a failure. Because Uranus and Gemini can really expect miracles. And that is an incredibly healthy place to live. It wants us personally to ignite our inner child, to really enjoy our creativity. And I think we can all say globally, maybe humor's taking a back seat. Or when did you last see a nice rom com or an uplifting film? A lot of films at the moment are quite violent or quite intense.
So there will be a seeking out of cuddly loving, uplifting entertainment and also those thoughts. And to get away from endless sort of consumer algorithm and reach into a reality that we know we're choosing, that has its humanity intact, that is actually supporting the values that we hold dear. So if you don't know what they are, spend some time with yourself and work out how you feel, what you believe and what you hold dear. Because when we get greater freedom, which is what is coming, we get the freedom to shape our lives, to build our reality. And we know our thoughts create our reality. And with Uranus in Gemini, yes, we have a greater sense of freedom, but we also have a greater sense of responsibility. Now that doesn't have to be burdensome, doesn't have to be overthinking or scattering our energy all around and not being centered in and decisive in our actions. But this journey of discovery is all about unfolding and it can unfold in lots of different ways and in lots of different directions.
So the one thing personally I believe all of us are going to learn is this is a meandering path. It is a path of many choices and it's not logical.
So it's a bit of an irony because a lot of people see air signs as logical when actually they are of consciousness and energy. So they're originally called ether signs. And Uranus in Gemini is going to show us that great opportunities could sneak up behind us and present themselves. So it's kind of like a 360 around sound view that we'll all be developing. And we will be developing, as I move to point number three, some extraordinary inner conscious capabilities and sensitivities.
Okay, so number three, what else is going to be changing? Well, if you want to take command of reality management and creation, then you know me, I'm going to talk about the heart, mind alignment. Yeah, I'm going to go there because it is so important to how you relate to the infinite energy flows that Uranus in Gemini is.
So what is Uranus saying? There isn't a lack, there isn't a scarcity, there isn't a control and fear is an illusion. But if we're going to rise above the old paradigm and how we have been conditioned or convinced to believe, to live, then of course we are going to need the energy in order not only to transform our fearfulness, our overthinking, our scatteredness, our concentrated conditioning, we're going to need as well to get aligned very effectively so we know the infinite portal, two energies in our heart center. And when we can sit quietly and listen to ourselves and listen to what we truly want and ground in that now moment with ourselves, we've got a much better chance of understanding and truly being at one and in alignment with what we truly want.
Now, when we're busy in our heads, rushing around in our very busy daily lives, or we're worried, insecure, not enough in escapism, or just generally wishing things were different, then we're not basically going to be in our hearts, we're going to be in our heads.
Now our head is fabulous when it comes to administrating our life, all right, the logistics, all right, the time management, the delivery dates, but that is secondary to actually being able to be aligned and properly aligned with infinite energy flow.
So if you imagine your heart as a disc, you imagine your mind as a disc. I want you to see those two discs overlapping and coming into a unity. And if you can, that is very much what Uranus in Gemini stands for, is that infinite collaboration and being able to channel that wonderful energy from your heart portal into the active application of your dreams. So taking the decisions, managing the energy flow in all senses. And what's really important with Uranus in Gemini is ideas, innovation, inspiration.
This is the time where so much newness can flood our world. If we are going to slow down center in ourselves, balance inside ourselves, listen and start developing our intuitive muscles and our sensory strengths, because that's what's going to stimulate us to create, for example, new technologies, which is the buzzword at the moment, and also just to innovate and rise above the passing paradigm so we can let it go and let it recycle. And if we can do that, then we're going to be able to expand our perception and invite in lots of opportunities and different ways of looking at life that can make a huge difference.
Now as a result, what can happen is that we're going to be focusing a lot more on the immaterial qualities in our life rather than the material ones. I'm suggesting that we don't need to make money and that we're going to all sort of go off grid and forget about living in a house or living in a town, but it is that we need a lot of Ideas and a lot of inspiration in order to create the new reality that's going to replace the old. And with Uranus in Gemini, you can get a feeling that life goes a bit on fast forward. There's a bigger momentum for change.
There's a bigger openness to change, which is really exciting. But all also again, our limited selves, our ego, our lazy logic can creep in and say, oh, what tool can I get to make the decisions for me? How can I walk away from responsibility?
And that is not going to work. But I'm afraid we are going to be offered in our reality quite a few ways to circumvent responsibility, to avoid and to basically turn self learning into entertainment or diversions or escapism isn't.
So the key for us is keep your heart mind alignment like a mast, a balance point, and recognize day in, day out that you create your reality from the inside out. So the outside might have a lot of options, a lot of help.
All right, I'm not personally anti AI, but I don't want AI choosing for you. I don't want AI choosing for the humanity and then AI ending up with limited choices.
So it's up to us to say, I've chosen for myself. I have this dream, okay, how can AI help me? And to be looking at that relationship very much as one of help, not AI being the deciding factor.
So when we get into the spiritual aspects of this particular phase of Uranus in Gemini, people will also be asking, where does science, for example, meet spirituality? Quantum physics. What is that saying about our innate divine spark, our divine dialogue within ourselves, our inner voice and our inner child. And all of those places that we can go within ourselves to check out what we believe, what we cherish, what we want to champion in our daily experience and the qualities that we know we're good at, or we resonate with, or we'd really have a growing curiosity to develop, develop.
And also as our energy alignment increases, then we're going to find the miraculous easier. Or we're going to relate to solutions and magnetize those to ourselves more effectively. Because we are raising our own personal consciousness. So we're getting out of fear into the responsibility of looking at alternatives and not taking a limited choice or no for an answer. Saying there's, there's a greater option here. We don't have to just suck it up and do what is available. We can search or create something that is a much greater quality experience and support.
So it's a time where, yes, we've got to hustle with the responsibility factor in the sense of make the conscious choices and back them up with creative focus and commitment. But also there is a greater and expanding relationship with the sense of infinite energy. And just going back to that Star wars element with Yoda, the fact that the Force is with all of us and that we are in a space with this infinite energy relationship, that we can come to a place where we feel that creativity is becoming easier and easier and it even could become effortless. And we feel that we are so at one in our now space that we don't feel scarcity, lack or loss.
So that's a very exciting place. Even that we're feeling eternal because we're stopping measuring the quantities and getting very much in the flow of quality. And that's the key with Uranus and Gemini, that's what people might criticize Gemini for being idealistic. But when you are in such a degree of alignment, there is no resistance, there is no fear of lack, loss or scarcity.
And as a result the energy flow is fully and completely available.
So yes, this is both spiritual, it's scientific, it's us getting up close and personal with our relationship with creative energy.
Okay, so number four, what about money? What about resources? Well, often when we are balancing between the condition scarcity and the release of that scarcity, we get into a place where we've got to balance immaterial and material resources.
Yes, for me in this period we are going to be seeing a lot more commentary if the, if you like, the lid of the world is coming off, anything's possible. But we're also going to see that there is a huge dump of information almost trying to overload us mentally and stop us being in our hearts or get us on a sort of roller coaster of extremes and a roller coaster of fears of what might happen in the future.
So my, I caution most people during this period don't do rash things. Even though Uranus and Gemini can be quite extreme.
Don't worry about external developments, try to step back from watching the news continually. Obviously, we've got to be prudent and self-loving with our financial management.
But it's key now to really be looking at the values you support, looking at the ways to enjoy your life and what is truly immaterially supportive.
And that goes along with Uranus and with the other planets Saturn and Neptune in Aries currently, which are all talking about efficiency and simplicity. But it's more a case of the qualities coming and the quality experience coming from the immaterial rather than material accruement or amassing material resources.
So we're rising above and as a result it's going to be a quality rather than quantity experience.
Okay, my last point today, which are the countries involved with Uranus and Gemini that will be most affected? Well, we're already seeing it with the usa. We're also going to see it with India and also the city of London. London is considered a Gemini capital.
And also Denmark, Iceland, Sweden, Norway, a lot of the scandi countries have Gemini charts. They have Gemini national identities.
So what is Uranus going to do? Well, it's going to build from the ground up. So we are going to see a lot of control, chaos and even what some people are calling disclosure, for example, or government reshuffles or complete reassessments of power.
Now for a lot of people, yes, we're talking about aliens, we're talking about not being alone. We're talking about, about a much bigger global power look in the sense of looking at what is power and are we sharing with our galactic neighbors, Are we going to be reassessing free will, what is for the highest good of all and the quality of our leadership? So all of these questions are going to be asked and the key in all my work, you know, is do your work, be at peace with yourself and enjoy your energy, connect, connection. And that way you're going to be finding yourself in resonant communities, resonant situations, because you've done your inner work and you've made decisive choices for yourself.
