Welcome to the Making of you. I'm Alexandria, founder of the Mastery Project and Your Transformation Hub. And this podcast is dedicated to understanding the whys and ways to transform the mundane into the magical, doable, into enjoyable, successful, and purposeful, while becoming the architect of your own life. Okay, let's get into it. Well, today our episode is 5 Ways to Turn frustration into. Into fulfillment. Alrighty. Okay, so have to say that with all the current astrological movements, there are a lot of reasons for us to see passion everywhere and also to feel that there is a big call to action within ourselves. Now, sometimes that can result in feeling a bit frustrated, feeling like we're bouncing off life, or that what we're putting out there is perhaps being rejected or resisted or literally ignored. So, of course, all of that can cause us to feel a little bit frustrated. And the key with frustration is to understand this particular state of being and why we are in it. In simple terms, there are aspects of ourselves that belong or are created by our lower self, by our ego self, and by that self that is responsible, to some degree, to navigate through the physical world. So it's a self that's built to help our humanness. But sometimes when we spend too much time in our heads, that self ends up taking over our lives, literally, and attempting to tell us how limited, how fearful, how scarce, how incompetent, useless, or how we simply have to follow because we're not actually capable of taking command or responsibility for the choices we make. So, of course. Oh, that doesn't sound very uplifting, does it? No, it doesn't. But of course, part of our struggle in our realization is simply to recognize when we're listening to the inner critic, the ego, the voice in our mind that is actually attempting to disempower us or to get us to walk into our limited version and to sit there and suck it up, believe it, and not choose anything other than that. So frustration is designed by the ego literally to keep us entertained, but in the same tone, broken. It is a drama fest that drains our energy and also scatters our energy. So my number one is if you're feeling frustrated to the point where you're yelling, you want to hit your head against the brick wall, you want to punch a pillow, then it is very likely that you are in your head and that your ego has literally ambushed you in your mind and is attempting to hold you there. And the simple solution to is to choose to step away, step out of your mind, or step out of a totally in your head space. And Move back in to your heart center. Now, I know that sounds really simple, but truly, with ego, one of the easiest ways to deal with the limited self is literally to choose differently. And frustration is a loop that can be very draining, very up and down, very inner space, where you feel that you truly are passionate and trying your best. But trying is the word. Trying is when we are in our heads and actually we have no grounded foundation in our heart. So the key with all of these aspects in my number one is choose the differently. All right? If you're in the state of frustration, literally simplify, choose calm, choose balance. Don't fight against your expectations, your projections, what you thought was going to happen. And don't get in a big dance with your ego or your inner critic beating yourself up about what hasn't come to pass or how you feel that you're a victim of your circumstances, or how the world has let you down. Okay, so number one, simply choose to move back into your heart center. Okay, so what are you going to do when you get in your heart center? Well, my number two is recognize that the heart center is all about flow. It's all about the infinite, not the scarce. It's all about the unlimited, not the limited. So your heart space, first and foremost, is going to begin to energize you. It's going to begin to reunify your energy. So if. If you've been feeling polarized, like you've been swinging from one extreme to the other, then when you get back into your heart, you're going to feel that energy is centering you, is putting you in a space where you're actually capable of being now you're capable of grounding and aligning with your very essence, with your unique connection. So moving back into your heart center gives you that alignment that's then going to start restructuring, structuring your relationship with your infinite potential and creativity. And of course, it's going to get you to walk fully and completely away from your ego and any conflict that was draining you. So imagine, for example, you get back in your heart center and you're literally surfing, swimming, floating on your back. You're drifting in this beautiful heart connection that is literally an infinite sea. You relaxed and you are constantly reinforcing that. There's always energy. There is not a lack of anything. And you are feeling that you are surrounded by supportive, constructive, and most importantly, that you're not a victim of the energy that surrounds you. You are in alignment with being the consciousness person who is consciously choosing your reality and your creations. Now, you know me, if you've listened to any of my other episodes, you know I'm a massive fan of a staple spiritual partnership, which is your heart mind alignment. So in my number two for frustration, please remember, get back into your heart mind alignment. And it often means you've been spending way too much time in your mind letting your ego take over. And you haven't been spending enough time combining with your heart center, with the origin of your infinite creative connection. So you need fuel. And frustration is a sign that you are literally spending way too much with the limited aspects, trying to convince the limited part of yourself that there is something else. But in so doing, you're draining yourself because you're not in your heart. So build the foundation of alignment in your heart, and then you won't have that scattered energy that happens with frustration. You will start to feel, oh, calming down, getting reconnected, realizing I'm not in scarcity, relaxing, and again, embracing and aligning with that infinite flow. Okay, so number three. Well, a great tonic, a great way also to get back into your heart center is literally to take yourself out of the of the circumstance that your ego has often connected you in a conflicting way or in a victim way. And so you take a very short break and you realign yourself. One of the best ways to do this is of course, to go and align with your bestie, which happens to be Mother Earth. And Mother Earth's energy is constantly in a divine inspiration, a higher consciousness place. Our planet is not a big rock hurtling through the universe, only. It is an infinite divine being that is here to teach us all about our true nature. So when you go into nature, what you're doing is you're feeling that infinite peace and calm that Mother Earth goes, hey, it's all going to be all right. Why? Because you're in the flow and you're connected with your true nature. And when we're frustrated, when we're in resistance, when we're arguing with ourselves or our ego or our inner critic, that's when we aren't actually in our true nature and we're limiting ourselves. But of course, it is a very familiar place for us because we have had many lifetimes or many experiences where we're told, you're human and that's all you can be. Or we're told, look, that's the way life is. Suck it up. And we're conditioned to put up with less, to put up with poor quality, or literally to believe that we're not worth having a quality of life. That we're proud of, of, and we are truly in alignment with. So my number three is go walk in Mother Earth. Because the other benefit she gives us, when we're in frustration, generally we're in a degree of projection or a degree of victimhood. So we're either sort of forcing our way into the future with poor foundations, that we're not grounded because we're in our heads, or we're in a space where we're sort of in the past feeling perhaps a victim of a judgment of others or an unfair circumstance or something that we find very hard to let go of. So what Mother Earth does is she brings us back into now. She says, come on, bring your heart, mind alignment together. Realize that when your head is at its best, it's when you're writing those lists, when you're creating a practical strategy to bring your dreams into reality, when your head is at your worst, it's when you're trying, you're projecting, but there's no actual roots for the great stability and the great quality of what you want to create. So Mother Nature will put you back in now. She will help you balance your heart and mind. And when we're in now, we are in a very good connection with flow. And as a result, it really helps us recycle also that stagnant energy, that reactive energy, the conflicting energy. And it helps us come back into a clarified alignment and one that we can channel, funnel into, hone into what we truly want to experience. So go and walk with Mother Nature. Take yourself away from the circumstances that are causing frustration, and then you can start to rebuild, to be able to invest in what is truly fulfilling. Okay, number four. Well, a lot of people can get into a frustration that's sort of aligned with flustered and reactive behaviors simply because there's a big chunk of fear that's come up in their experience, something that perhaps they haven't experienced previously. So it's an unknown quantity, or it's appearing to be a very substantial obstacle. Now. We all go through it. I always say to people, instead of struggle, think recycling, or the verb in the energetics, which is transmuting. What does that mean? Well, as Tesla said, energy is neither created nor destroyed. It just changes form. And that means that we are in a space here where we're constantly transforming elements of ourself. And of course, we're on that journey to the best version of ourself, the essential nature. But what we do have is we have, again, our mind saying to us, oh, to be successful or to be in a space where we feel truly fulfilled, we've got to have everything pinned down. We've got to know everything. Exactly. And of course, we don't, because the whole point of evolving is allowing and being in the transmutation, being in the recycling of what no longer serves in order to embrace and allow in the unknown that will become the material and foundation of our progress. So my number four with frustration is please don't kid yourself that you can control everything. Please don't kid yourself that having that degree of control is helpful, because actually, it's limiting you. It's sticking in your mind, it's putting you with that inner critic. And as I said, as Einstein said, energy is neither created nor destroyed. It just changes form. So anything that we want to change, it's much better that we concentrate our resources in a balanced place rather than bouncing off the walls or reacting within ourselves or dancing around in our ego, wasting our energy because we're flustered or we're frustrated with not being able to pin down the unknown. Okay, my last point today, number five, what's wrong with clarity? Well, there's nothing wrong with clarity, but sometimes we cannot see the wood for the. The trees. And sometimes we fear walking away from our circumstance. So we again become more and more frustrated because we want to stand our ground. But in truth, all we're doing is taking a position that is actually not in balance. It's in polarity. It's in the actual opposite of balance. So that can be very hard to accept within ourselves. And if we are swinging between feeling a victim of our circumstances or from overestimating ourselves and underestimating ourselves, swinging between those two points, it again is really important to step back. It's important to detach. You're not losing. You're regathering your energy in a balanced way. And when you do that, you're actually in a much better position to see things clearly rather than let the red mist dictate to you. Okay, well, I hope you've enjoyed this content today.
