Welcome to the Making of you. I'm Alexandria, founder of the Mastery Project, and Your Transformation Hub. And this podcast is dedicated to understanding the whys and ways to transform the mundane into the magical, doable into enjoyable, successful and purposeful, all while having fun becoming the architect of your own life. Okay, so today we're going to be looking in this episode at 5 Ways Innovation Vision can transform your life. Let's dive in. My number one is whatever you want to create, I know it might sound a little bit tedious, but it is going to start from within. So your inner vision, your connection with your intuition, your connection with your greatest self, with your heart center, and what truly fulfills you is always going to be inside. Now, I know a lot of people say to me, oh, that's all woo woo. It's nebulous and it doesn't really mean anything. Well, if you want to focus on your human life, your physical responsibilities, making lots of money, enjoying yourself, exploring and traveling the world, helping and care for your family, for example, and feeling like you're materially successful, then that doesn't preclude all the woo woo stuff, because actually the material and immaterial are truly connected. And as I've said, that connection starts within. So for me, if you don't think woo woo works, then just simply perceive innovision as the foundation for fueling your life. And whatever life focus you have, whether it's material immaterial, whether it's a bit of both, then of course you're going to be in a situation where you need the fuel you to be able to create what you truly want. So my number one is, doesn't matter what your dream is, what your aspiration is, what you perceive as a life well lived, they're all going to start with your inner connection. So where is it? Well, essentially it's in your heart center that is the most important aspect. It's in those conversations that you have with yourself in your heart, the conversations that are higher consciousness and have this simple foundation of choosing that which is loving self, loving that which is fueling and supportive of who you are becoming. Obviously not the conversations that are driven by criticism, dimming yourself down, or your inner critic having a go at you. So my number one says if you truly want to identify your inner foundation, there's lots and lots of ways of doing it. And that connection is going to be fueling everything, both immaterial material that you experience. So you're going to get the best quality of your life experience whatever your focus may be through fueling it consistently. So if you want to start developing your inner vision, then please choose from loving consciousness. Now that's not sort of faffy, nebulous or weak. It's actually saying having the courage to choose that which sometimes isn't the most easy to achieve, but it is the lasting and also transforming and evolving foundation that can really help you make the changes that you want. So your creative potential starts in your heart. It's like an infinite portal. Imagine yourself when you go to your heart center, when you quieten down, when you turn the volume down on the external world and you go within. What you're achieving is going to literally filling station in the sky or a sense where you are in harmony with all dimensions of yourself. Now that means that there's no resistance and you can fill up with the fuel, fill up with that connectedness, and then start filtering it down like a good cup of coffee into the forms that you want to experience. So you might call them goals, you might call them aspirations, you might call them dreams, but those all need the fuel that you can create simply by choosing to acknowledge that what you have inside is your divine right. It's the championing of your free will and of your power to choose. Okay, so what's my number two? Well, if you want to harness this energy, how can you do it? Of course, you can go into a particular creative visualization. You can walk with nice nature and align well with that energy through your connection with Mother Earth. Or you can of course understand by simply downloading it in trust and in faith and knowing that what you're trusting is for your highest good and the highest good of all. Now again, I know my number two sounds a bit nebulous for your inner vision, but truly your highest good is a very good expression of saying to the universe, I acknowledge this beautiful, unlimited, constantly flowing energy and I want in, I want a part of that, I want to align with it and I want to harness it in my unique way, in my individuality. So if you give that phrase, that statement of yourself, then you are talking directly to the universe in a big picture way. But that doesn't preclude you focusing in into what you truly want. So the greatness of yourself is going to be built on a foundation that not only is open to change and you're open to fuel, but it's something that's going to change, transform, be flexible, and as I've said, embrace your highest good. And in the long term, probably embrace the highest good of all too. Okay, so how are you going to continue to fuel this inner vision? Well, my number three is spending time inside doesn't have to be judged as a passive experience. So my number three is please don't judge yourself. If you go, I feel a bit awkward about connecting to my inner vision. There is no wrong way to do it. There is no right way to do it. There is your unique way. So the first aspect about connection is that you find the way that works for you. Now some people of course like to utilize a particular meditation technique. Some people like to relax and to drift off in their own way. Other people like to walk in nature. Some people like to be with animals. Other people simply like to do a beautiful hobby that they love very much, like painting or sculpting or arranging flowers. I don't know, whatever the hobby is that can get you into that sense of alignment where you're actually at one with what you are creating, what you're being and what you're doing. So my number two is don't ever feel that you're awkward or silly when it comes to creating what you truly want and creating your inner vision, your inner connection. Okay, so number three, well, it is quite a common thing with the noise, distortions, and also in some respects constant pleadings from the outside in our world. Wants attention, wants decisions, wants us to put our energy into it, that it can distract us. And so we can find that we are literally running on empty or we're in such an adrenalized or exhausted state that accessing our inner vision can become a bit of a problem. So I do recommend to people in my number three that if you want to create that smooth foundation that supports a relatively easy creative flow and journey, then it's really important to recognize how you feel, what your energy levels are like, what cycle you're in in your life, and how to consciously fuel yourself in a self loving way. Because some people go trying really hard to connect with my innovation, I just can't do it. Well, it is about surrender and being. Now, surrender isn't giving up. It is a state of being where you're allowing that connection. And of course that connection is immaterial. It isn't defined, it doesn't have an equation. So if you are feeling like you're a victim of your life, you're getting a bit starved of energy, you feel depressed, you feel pushed about, you feel that you're not in command of your choices, then the simplest way to harness and reconnect with yourself again is to walk with mother Nature or It's to literally step back and take yourself away for some quiet moments with you, and then you can visualize your heart, space and your mind, all right? That part of you that administrates your life, that makes those practical choices to ground your effort, to focus your effort, to create your goals. And imagine that, for example, as two discs, your heart is one disc and your mind is another, and those two are merging into harmony and unity. And you are choosing there and then for that harmony to happen. So why am I saying that? Well, that gets you back into fueling your sense of creative harmony. And also it gets you into. Back into a collaborative or cooperative state between your heart and mind. A lot of people start to disconnect from their inner vision and for what matters most or the life you're meant to have, simply because they think it's better to be in their mind. It's better to be administrating and controlling their lives and being on it, you know, doing it all the time, when actually, of course, we can get to a point where we polarize. We push ourselves so much into doing that we end up exhausting ourselves because of the degree of imbalance. So when I go back to those two discs, your heart and mind, when they are aligned, when they're unified relatively, if you imagine them sort of overlapping upon each other in a unity, when that happens, we've got the best use of our resources, both that unlimited flow in our heart center, and we've got, of course, the practical application side of that energy turning into the forms, turning into the goals, turning into the experiences that we truly want. So, yes, when you get too much doing, when you feel a victim of your life, you can end up starving your outer experience for the fuel fulfillment that you need through that harmony between your heart and mind. Okay, my number four today, right? How can you align and benefit from your inner vision? How can you hear it and feel it? Well, it doesn't help that our outer world and sometimes the Meanie algorithm can focus on our inadequacies and promote a fearful state of being. So we're not good enough, we're not worthy, we're poorer than last year, things are never going well, and struggle is normal and we've just got to suck it up and be like that. Well, it's always healthy in our connectedness to have alternatives flooding in. That is part of our universal vision. That is part of our natural state of being and how we can always create if we're open to choosing it. So if we feel ourselves sinking down Then it is of course, to choose that we don't listen to our conditioned limitations. Those limited beliefs, they can appear very comfortable, they can appear very secure. They can appear as the devil we know, as the attachment we know, and that is their seduction. They say, oh, you know this, you can do this, so just do it. Rather than understanding, of course, that with our inner vision, we're constantly aligning with the path of change. And when we do that, we're not in resistance. And so life can be incredibly fulfilling because we're not spending our energy fighting the process. So my number four is look at yourself and say, am I way following for the sake of it? Have I given up in any way? Am I not treating myself very well because I'm hanging around in a comfort zone that is becoming a stagnation zone zone because I'm not actually choosing to expand or to listen to my inner truth? And a lot of the time we do sit in or are tempted to sit in comfort zones or sit in areas and activities and beliefs that we feel comfortable with, but they're not necessarily helpful in the long term to nurture our inner vision. So my number four is please don't choose the limited belief. Recognize it, don't judge it, don't fight with it, but also be ready to let go of it and be ready to embrace the options. You don't have to say, gosh, I need to be all transformed in five minutes. We know transformation is a journey. It's not an equation or one simple act to shift everything necessarily so. It is for us to rely on the flow that is naturally ours and to use it, to choose it and not to listen to that which is lowering our frequency, lowering our connectedness. Okay, so my last one today, number five. If you love your inner connection and you are with me, going woo woo is wonderful because it actually is simply energy and a way to fuel your life. Then one of the most important aspects with nurturing your inner vision is of course, recognizing that it supports a unity between your mental, emotional and spiritual and physical lives. So it's a way to get all of those components of yourself together. And your inner vision caters for all of that. And I think a lot of us, when we sit back in our lives, whatever our age, we do want to be healthy. We do want to feel happy, be fulfilled. We do want to embrace a sense of meaning and a sense of purpose. So that's what your inner vision offers you. Because your inner vision is always going to embrace those immaterial qualities. And just like the Beatles said, you can't buy love, but you are love. And of course, if you are open to developing your inner vision, then of course you're going to be in a state where you can connect with both the immaterial and material benefits in your life. Okay, well, it's been my pleasure today to talk about Innovision and why we need it, and why Woowoo works.
