[00:00:03] Welcome to the Making of youf. I'm Alexandria, founder of the Mastery Project and your Transformation Hub. And now this podcast. The series is dedicated to harnessing your unique potential, tools for purpose and personal empowerment and having fun, becoming the architect of your own life. Okay, let's get into it. This is episode 21 and it's five ways to understand healing. Okay, number one, what is healing? All right, Healing is a lot of things to a lot of people and it's been defined or described in many different ways. What I like to say is fundamentally healing is a unique process and everyone is going to undergo it through their own individual connection. Now, you've heard me talk about the heart, mind alignment and that we've all got our individual and unique infinite connection, connection to all that is the energy flow or loving consciousness through our heart center. [00:01:01] So when we're doing healing, what we're changing is our relationship with that unconditionally loving flow of consciousness. And when our three body system, I'll define that as your mentality, your emotionality and your physicality can sometimes get out of balance because between themselves and also in alignment with your consciousness, then it's important to realign, to rebalance and to rebirth. So healing is a bit like constantly looking to keep that alignment going. And it is all held together beautifully cradled, shall we say, not controlled, cradled in the fourth body, which is your spirituality or your spiritual nature or your infinite conscious connection. [00:01:55] Okay, so who runs this balancing between the four body system? Well, it's run basically by your higher consciousness aspect, your higher self. And the higher self doesn't really do linear deadlines or defined aspects such as form. All right? Simply because the higher self is made from higher consciousness energy, which doesn't have a form. Now this doesn't mean that the higher self doesn't exist, isn't potent and extremely empowering. But for our limited self and for our mind, it's not necessarily particularly comfortable with the higher self because we can't see it. And it isn't something that we can necessarily measure or really understand simply like we can the forms around in our physical world. [00:02:49] So this higher self aspect can cause people to think that healing in general, the healing process is a bit woo woo, a bit chaotic and a bit illogical. Now, I'm the first to say it is because it's not run from the office of the mind and it's not a process that is taking into consideration the limited self, because the higher self is attempting to support us in coordinating all of our changes effectively. So the higher Self isn't, you know, being run by the lower self, all right, it is a collaboration and a cooperation. But a lot of the time there is is resistance or misalignment that comes to pass because literally our limited self doesn't want to change and feels that perhaps the higher consciousness, unconditionally loving agenda is a little bit overwhelming and too much so. The higher self is always going to work to keep what we think, all right? Our mentality, what we feel, our emotionality and our physical, what we're experiencing in physical strength and wellness and well being, trying to keep all of that together in a relative balance, which is both rewarding, meaningful, joyous and unconditionally loving. [00:04:12] So of course being us crazy humans we are, then we could give our higher self quite a lot of, what can we say, reasons to have to balance us or have to help us out because we do have a tendency to polarize, we do have a tendency to become quite extreme from time to time. So the degree to which we require healing or the degree to which healing happens along our path in life is always going to be related to how extreme and how misaligned in any of our particular bodies we've become. So the first point is healing is a journey, it's a process. And it's all about realignment, rebalancing and rebirth and how our full body system works together in order to evolve, in order to transform, and to digest and experience all of the changes that we're undergoing in all areas of our life. [00:05:15] Okay, number two. Well, we often focus on physical healing as being the most important area. Because of course, when we need physical healing, we're highly likely to be in a situation of pain, difficulty, struggle or immobility. You know, something that we really don't want to be enduring. So but what I think is very important to understand with healing is that the physical is often the last destination. And our higher aspect, our higher consciousness, has been potentially nudging us for quite some time in the other areas of our consciousness to pay attention to potential misalignments and a lack of perhaps loving perspective or self loving behavior. And as a result we've got progressively out of alignment. So if I use this for an example in our mentality we might go, oh, I'm just so rubbish. I failed. So immediately that type of belief and commentary for us is going to start sending love away or sending energy away because we're limiting ourselves or we're criticizing ourselves. [00:06:28] Then that energy comes to our emotionality. So we're kind of angry because we feel a bit drained or a bit down, or we're not as high frequency as we were potentially. So we could be feeling frustrated or feeling, as I said, like we've got less energy. All right, so then there's a misalignment in our emotional body. So then we might find in a very long time in the sense of harbouring those particular thoughts or feelings as they progress, they become habitual habits and reactions and ways that we sort of settle into struggle and difficulty and then that becomes manifest in our physical form over a much longer period of time. Now, the reason why the healing then comes to the physical attention is because of pain, of course, and pain is resistance to feeling. But it's also the fact that our embodiment, our physical nature, the energy that put, that makes up our physical body is going to be moving at a much slower rate. Now, the reason is because we want to create form. So the energy that's in form has got to have been slowed down in order to create our embodiment. So all the molecules and energy that that comes together to create the miracle that is our physical embodiment is definitely going to be flowing slower than, for example, the thoughts in our mentality and the feelings in our emotionality. [00:08:00] So the key for number two with physical healing is actually kind of get with the program. [00:08:08] Love yourself, be self loving, explore balance. So you are of course experiencing and exploring your life, but you're doing it in a way that's not too polarized and not too misaligning for yourself. So if you can deal with your belief systems, deal with how you feel, then if those misalignments are put back into a new alignment, a new awareness and a new way of loving yourself and treating yourself well, because you're bothering to understand those, then there's actually no reason necessarily that the misalignment would then carry on to be reflected and manifest in your physical body. [00:08:54] So the key to physical healing for me in number two is literally to listen, all right? Listen to your intuitive nudges, listen to how you feel, listen to the degree of stress in your life, listen to what you're telling yourself that you are, and listen to your habitual thoughts and say, if they're not very self loving, I need to change them. If they're not actually supporting what is a balanced and energizing state for myself and for the perception of myself, I need to look at those and I need to change them. Now, we've all come very much into the awareness in the last 20 years of our Thoughts creating our reality also. And the less struggle, the less resistance, the more we are open to seeing our lives as a co creation, then the more we are healing on a high frequency level. We're in alignment with our higher self and we're also in very good alignment to experience purpose and to be healing relatively easily, literally because we're realigning moment to moment, rebalancing and keeping that beautiful three body system and then the fourth element all together in a very harmonized balance. So yes. What kind of tools does that take? Well, it takes self discipline, it takes self honesty, it takes self love and also the fact that our limited self is going to want to potentially fight this process and resist it because it doesn't like actually everything being harmonious and doesn't really want us to be fulfilled or feel like we are walking our path of purpose. [00:10:43] So sometimes healing is literally monitoring our thoughts, monitoring how we feel and it's not about physical pain or a realignment of our thoughts. Physical nature, we can do a lot with the two immaterial natures of ourselves to mean that we don't need physical healing because we've dealt with it in the immaterial already. [00:11:07] Okay, number three, a lot of people ask me, I want to do healing, I've chosen it. Yes, I went into my heart, I'm committed to it. So why did my life suddenly seem to get worse? [00:11:21] And I've got all this sort of in my face and I have to deal with. Well, when we commit to healing, we're committing, like I say, to realignment, rebalance and rebirth. And sometimes the best way to deal with that of course, is to get on board with a practitioner or get on board with discussing our options and alternatives, but in the fullness of understanding that we will be applying them. So why does healing get worse? Well, because when we've got a misalignment, that misalignment can sometimes sort of slide into being normal. It's not natural, it's not helpful, it's not self loving, but it sort of becomes over time that difficult but doable alignment that we sort of put up with. [00:12:08] So things get worse simply because the stress of what we've been keeping together starts falling apart. And so then we need to realize that we have to hold firm with the energy and the belief and the faith to allow this to, as I said, loosen up and sometimes fall away so that we can replace it with the natural and self supportive alignment. So yeah, things need to unravel a bit such that we can deal with what has been resisted and what's been holding us back. So yes, it doesn't actually get worse, it just unravels so it can be recycled. And that's something that we need to acknowledge during that process. It's not getting worse, it's unraveling to be recycled. All right, so it's the detachment process before we choose and apply the alternatives that we're embracing. [00:13:01] Okay, number four, right then when we are applying those new states of being and new balance points or rebirth, then we do also need to, as I said, follow through. That is a huge reason why a lot of people go, oh, healing didn't work. Well, there is a level of persistence required. Now, I don't mean persistence as in force or making yourself do something, but an element of reinforcing all of the self loving activities that are going to support your new balance point. And a lot of people have issues with that much more than committing to the process or even going through the struggle of unraveling what was. They actually forget that they've got to keep going with sending that beautiful resonance throughout their full body system. Saying this is the new frequency I've chosen. This is the new self loving parameter and foundation and it's about time I did it. And it's, it needs nurturing and it needs a period where it is really clear to all and to all that is that you are committed to that new balance point. [00:14:06] All right, last one. Number five, what tools will I recommend for healing? Well, it's again unique to all of us. I think the general one is self love and definitely being self aware, listening to one's intuition and of course having the courage to actually say I might need help and, and need a bouncing board to do what it takes to make that authentic and lasting change. Okay. It's been my pleasure to look at healing and understand the very basic beautiful integrations and benefits.
