Welcome to the Making of you. I'm Alexandria, founder of the Mastery Project, and Your Transformation Hub, and this podcast is dedicated to understanding the whys and ways to transform the mundane into the magical, the doable into enjoyable, successful, and purposeful, while becoming the architect of your own life. Okay, let's dive in. So today's episode is five ways to ignite your life with seven Saturn and Neptune in Aries. Okay, so my number one is, what is Neptune? What does Neptune in Aries mean, and how can you benefit? Well, Neptune in Aries is a big shift, all right? In 2025, we had Neptune move out of Pisces and move into Aries. Now, Neptune was quite comfy in Pisces. It's a water sign, and it aligns well with higher consciousness. And that's what Neptune is all about. It's about our feeling center. It's if you imagine a great God on a surfboard surfing through the cosmos, all of those unlimited waves of energy. So Neptune saying, please feel, please connect to your sentience, your feelings, your inner consciousness, your heart connection, and truly start to explore in your life what makes your heart sing. Now, Neptune in Pisces was to some degree, an introverted experience. Obviously, we had Covid, which was a global phenomenon that sort of shut people in with themselves and Neptune in Pisces. The benefit of that, if there was one, was for us to get to know ourselves better and also to start feeling and connecting with all the dimensions of ourselves, rather than saying our life is purely a human, human dimension or a human experience now doesn't mean it was comfortable. But Neptune in Pisces was dunking us in more expanded concepts and constantly showing us we can be greater, we can be a expanded sense of our 'Self' and that our human isn't the only part of ourselves. So, Neptune in Aries, to shift now out of the more watery, the more meandering, or this sort of more emotional pace of Neptune. Aries is, of course, the God of war. It is the sign of a fire element. And Aries is all about finding courage, being able to make courageous steps forward in our lives, and also to find what truly inspires us and what truly makes our heart sing. Neptune in Aries is a little bit of a call to action, most certainly, but it starts, of course, within. And so that combination of your inner truth, what really motivates you, what really inspires you, combined with then bringing that into the outer passions and into alignment with what you're creating in your daily life. So the qualities of this transit, the qualities of this flow of Neptune in a fire sign in Aries is going to be passion. It's going to be inspiration. It's also going to be that inner struggle between what we may logically think we know and actually what we're experiencing in the practical. It can be the vanquishing of hopelessness or a sense of drifting that a lot of people could have gotten into when Neptune was in Pisces, sort of lulling along, meandering, but not necessarily being able to take direct action. So the Aries is going to fire up. Clarity, purification, and a big reassessment of the importance of all of the aspects in our lives and the priorities in our lives. For some people, that's going to mean that they make very big career shifts. It can be some people who simply choose to start their lives very differently and to walk away from any traditional path that was previously trodden can also mean innovation at any stage in our lives. So really wanting to take that big leap of faith into finding out what truly makes your heart sing, rather than perhaps being in a comfort zone, which sadly is becoming smaller and smaller and moving into stagnation or moving into no growth whatsoever. So my number one, with Neptune in Aries, we are going to have that rising call to action, that sense that it's time to find the authentic. It's time to connect with what is truly passion, what is truly inspirational, what is truly going to motivate us in this particular phase, and also to recognize that it's not necessarily going to be logical. And it's going to invariably require some leaps of faith and a movement away from logic into alignment, resonance, and also embracing the unknown in a courageous and also enjoy us way. Okay, so number two, well, you know me, I am a very big fan of the heart, mind alignment. And so, yes, of course, Neptune in Aries and Saturn in Aries together are going to be asking us to assess the balance between our heart and mind. I'm often saying to clients, are you living exclusively in your head? We do have a lot of technology, a lot of pressure, and a lot of stress in our lives, which means we can live on our phones or we can feel that we require to have an incredible amount of control of our lives rather than perhaps looking at taking command. Now, I know that sounds like semantics, but the difference I say for people is, look, if you're in control, it doesn't necessarily mean that you're collaborating or co creating with 50 of your resources, which is your heart center. It is your Inspiration. It is your dreams, it is your passion, it's the reason you get up in the morning. So if you're not, you're going to be surviving on 50% of your resources in your head. And that's kind because some people will say the heart is the beginning of everything and it fuels everything. So simply ask yourself in this transit, how's my heart mind balance? Am I really in my head sort of plugging away, doing the same things and expecting different results? Am I frustrated? Have I felt hopeless? Or have I felt that I hadn't really been getting the quality or value that I want in my life? So it's going to be empowering risk. But if we want to take risks, if we want to take those leaps of faith, of course we're going to need fuel. So we are going to need to be very much in the alignment with our hearts. And to recognize what that feels like and to recognize that we can be passionate about something doesn't mean to say we have to react or be rebellious and sort of spend all our time being anti something instead of pro what we truly believe in. So the heart mind alignment is saying balance, all right? It's saying yes source, that infinite connection within your heart because it's is the connection to all that is. It is the connection to endless fuel to bring what you truly feel is authentically important into your life in the daily experiences and to feel inspired and uplifted as a result. Okay, so my number two is check out your heart mind alignment. Look at your personal truth and look that you are connected in your heart center. You are spending those valuable moments in your heart saying, hey, what is actually really my priority? What is my focus? What is my committed sense of fulfillment? What do I want to pour my energy in? Because I do really believe that's going to be a joyous growth experience for me. Okay, so number three. Well, what? Saturn. Saturn is the planet that is often considered to be the master teacher. Saturn is also sometimes considered to be handing out some tough lessons, particularly if we've turned our back on learning and we're hiding out in a dark corner in our lives. If Saturn comes to call sometimes Saturn is going to relentlessly present to us things that we do need to face about ourselves. And that sometimes can be a bit difficult. So my key with these two aligning now is that if we are going to embrace our emotional reality, our emotional truth, the purification of our emotions, not sort of static, stagnant or holding on to the past, but saying no, we need to move forward with courage, with faith, and with an open heart and an open mind, then Saturn can be a fabulous master teacher to us. And Saturn can help us learn not so much to be in control in the sense of sort of tying down or nailing down everything within logical parameters. But Saturn saying, how are you going to align as things grow organically, as things unfold in your life? And that's what Saturn does. It gives us that wise understanding of our path forward and how to be masterful. Because when we're connected and aligned in the truest sense, then things unfold and creativity can be relatively effortless. So just because there is a need to be in control as we would think of it, I like to say, look at being in command. So simply saying, you're embracing what you want to do. You've asked yourself about your inner truth, and so now you want to be open to the learning and the skills and how to master and hone what you want to bring and experience into your daily reality. So Saturn is teaching us all about the value not only of harnessing what we want, but also what we don't want. We need to stop focusing on, stop resisting, stop reacting. And that's what Saturn brings, a very wise calm. All right, now, Saturn in Aries, you would think, gosh, Saturn in a fire sign is going to be behind us going, learn, learn, move, move. But more, it's a situation where Saturn saying, digest the acceleration, the urgency, the real upsurge in passion by working hard on your balance point. So working hard on that, you know, heart, mind alignment in the sense of realizing it, feeling it, and also being aware when you're ungrounded, when you're rushing into the future or you're taking on too much, because that is a classic problem with this transit. People will be deeply passionate, but they may want to do everything at 90 miles an hour. Therefore, Saturn's saying, look at what you're taking on. Make sure you're not creating struggle and hardship because your expectations of yourself or others or both are a little bit too high or just polarized or out of your natural and aligned balance point. So Saturn's also saying, look at what you what no longer serves you. Look at putting your energy exclusively into what you believe in, what's in alignment, and withdrawing your energy from that which isn't in alignment. All right? And so it's just a constant choice and a conscious choice. And that is something that is sounds incredibly simple or people take for granted that they're doing it. But often we can subtly have many different Choices put in front of us. And as a result, we actually don't realize that they were suggestions that kind of hijacked. We didn't ask ourselves what we truly wanted. We went along with something. So Saturn in Aries is saying, don't go along with things just because it's easy. All right, it may be flowful, it may be a hundred percent in alignment, but check in with you, check in with yourself. And that's what Saturn's saying. It's not about being a controller. It's about being in command, being the architect of your own life like I talk about. So, okay, number four. Well, focus is very important for both of these planets. Neptune sometimes can feel a bit nebulous. You know, you can feel like, what's the whole ocean? How do I relate? As a single drop in that ocean, it's a bit overwhelming. So what Saturn is going to help people with, well, Saturn is in Aries with Neptune in Aries is the ability not only to align, but to focus the flow. Now, one of the aspects in our perception that can often be in contradiction and confuse us is that we think, oh, we've got to be big picture. So then all of a sudden we look at the whole horizon, but we don't realize we can be big picture and we can focus on a point on the horizon and do the same or do them both at the same time. So that's the key with Saturn in Aries and Neptune in Aries. You can have big dreams and you can have a big horizon, but you don't have to not, you know, you don't have to forfeit your capacity to focus. All right, so my number four is, remember, you're focusing your energy, you're honing your creative skills, but you're also keeping that big picture thinking and keeping that big horizon of openness. Okay, number five. Well, if we're going to value our experiences, then this is a wonderful time because Saturn in Aries and Neptune in Aries are definitely about the quality and value in our life. So this is a key part of this transit. And to recognize being a rebel with a cause without conflict and to distill what is truly supportive and to be very aware of our resources. This doesn't mean scarcity. This doesn't mean loss or lack or struggle. It simply means being so aligned that our tools are like in martial arts. We've gone into that space of practicing so much that the tool becomes one with us. So the tools of clarity, the tools of purification, the tools of understanding, courage, being able to live our authentic truth is what these two planets are going to give us as a learning experience. Experience. Okay, so that's my five ways and whys today. I hope you've enjoyed this content. If you have, don't forget, please like and subscribe on your chosen podcast platform.
